Paying straight from an invoice

Open the invoice in your client area and pick a payment method from the dropdown. bKash, SSLCommerz and PayPal complete online and mark the invoice paid automatically. Bank transfer and cash are recorded by us once received.

Payment questions

How do I pay an invoice?

Sign in to the client area, open the invoice and choose a payment method. bKash, SSLCommerz and PayPal can be paid straight from the invoice page. For bank transfer or cash, pay by your chosen method and then tell us the reference.

Which method is fastest?

bKash and SSLCommerz clear almost immediately, so services activate fastest. Bank transfers usually take a working day to appear.

Do you accept international cards?

Yes, through SSLCommerz and PayPal. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. A paid invoice is generated automatically in the client area. For cash payments at our office we also provide a printed money receipt and VAT challan.

Do prices include VAT?

VAT is applied where required by Bangladeshi law and shown on your invoice before payment.

What if my payment does not show up?

Send us the transaction ID through a billing ticket and we will match it manually, usually within the hour.
