Billing questions

Most billing queries are answered here. Anything else, the billing desk replies quickly.

Where do I find my invoices?

Sign in to the client area — every invoice, paid or due, is listed there with a download link.

How do I pay?

bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Local customers pay in Taka; international customers can pay by card.

When am I charged for renewal?

Invoices are issued before the due date and services renew automatically. You will always receive a reminder by email first.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes. Switching from monthly to yearly saves two months — open a billing ticket and we will apply it from your next invoice.

How do refunds work?

Hosting carries a 30-day money-back guarantee with an immediate refund policy. Domains, SSL certificates and Google Workspace licenses are non-refundable, because those costs are paid to registries and vendors on your behalf.

FAQ

Common support questions

How fast will someone answer?

Our average first response on a ticket is about ten minutes, day or night, all year. Live chat is usually faster still when the desk is online.

Which is quicker — ticket or live chat?

Live chat for a quick question. A ticket for anything account-specific, because it arrives with your account details attached and reaches an engineer who can act on it.

Do you help with things that are not your fault?

Within reason, yes. If a plugin broke your site or a DNS record at another provider is wrong, we will usually still help you sort it out.

Can you help me move from another host?

Yes, free of charge, on every plan. Open a ticket with your current hosting login and we do the rest, usually within 24 hours and with no downtime.

What if my site is down right now?

Check the server status page first — if it is a server-wide issue we are already on it. If not, open a ticket marked urgent and we will look immediately.
