Our story
TetraHost was founded in 2007 and has spent the years since providing shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers to businesses across Bangladesh. Nineteen years is a long time in this industry — long enough to watch a great many hosting companies appear, undercut everyone, and quietly disappear.
We are still here because we built the business around infrastructure rather than marketing. Our services are engineered to be self-sustaining: they recover automatically from the common failures that leave other hosts waiting for someone to notice. Even so, we monitor the health of every server every minute, because the best time to learn about a problem is before the customer does.

The team
We are a tightly-knit group of system administrators, technicians and support professionals based in Banani, Dhaka. There is no call-center layer between you and the people who actually run the servers — when you open a ticket, an engineer reads it.
That structure is why our average ticket response sits at around ten minutes, and why we are comfortable publishing our uptime rather than simply claiming it.
What we run on
Our infrastructure spans four countries — the USA, Germany, Singapore and Bangladesh — so you can host close to the audience you actually serve. Shared and reseller hosting run in Dhaka, Singapore and the USA; Germany is a VPS and dedicated server location. Every shared server runs CloudLinux for account isolation and Imunify360 for security, with daily backups and free SSL as standard rather than as paid extras.
We are a cPanel certified partner and an official Google Cloud partner for Google Workspace, which lets us license, deploy and support both platforms directly and bill you locally in Taka.
