TetraHost ("TetraHost", "we", "us") is a web hosting provider registered in Bangladesh under Trade License #0915636, Dhaka City Corporation, with its office at House 23, Road 4, Block F, Banani, Dhaka 1213. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use tetrahostbd.com and our hosting services, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, postal address and company name, provided when you register or place an order.
• Domain registration data — the contact details required by registries and ICANN when you register or transfer a domain.
• Support communications — the content of tickets, emails, live chat and phone conversations with our team.

Support tickets are retained so we have context for future requests. Server backups are held on a rolling basis and are overwritten as newer backups are taken. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

We protect personal information with encryption in transit (TLS), server-level firewalling, Imunify360 malware protection, CloudLinux account isolation, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and daily backups. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.
