If something hosted on our network is causing harm, tell us. Every report is investigated by a person.
We take abuse reports seriously. A hosting provider that ignores them becomes a haven for the people you are writing to us about, and that harms every legitimate customer on the same network.
Email abuse@tetrahostbd.com, or open an abuse ticket. You do not need an account with us to report anything.
The more precise the report, the faster we can act. Please give us:
Reports naming only a company, with no domain, IP or headers, cannot be investigated.
If material on our network infringes your copyright, send us: identification of the work, the exact URL of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Much of what gets reported is not malice — it is a legitimate business whose outdated plugin was exploited. Where that is the case we tell the owner, help them clean it up, and keep the content offline until it is safe. The outcome is the same for you; the process is fairer to them.
Open a ticket with the support department. If the cause was a compromise rather than deliberate misuse, we will help you clean the account and restore service.
